Heiko Travels


Discovering Yoga throughout my travels I decided to do a Yoga Teacher Training in India to gain more knowledge and insight. Yogic practices are now a daily part of my life for keeping my mind calm & focused and body healthy.

The Yoga I am teaching is mainly Hatha Yoga incorporating elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow. This allows me to to adapt all Yoga classes to beginner and advanced Yogis.

Yogic practices like asanas, pranayama and meditation are helpful for improving Freediving experience and reaching depth with more ease and safety.
